The Insight Business provides its clients with strategic and
tactical information and advice based on the needs, perceptions and
reactions of customers and supply chain partners.
Most of our work is in business-to-business markets where our clients
sell to corporate and government organisations. Our experience and
understanding of large enterprises is vital to the success of our
projects. Examples of the type of work we do include Key Relationship
Dynamics, Bid Performance Analysis, Product and Brand Positioning and
Communications.
We also work for clients whose need is to understand how their products
and services are seen by consumers or end users. Work in this sphere
includes NPD, Usability Testing and “Out-of-the-box” Experience
evaluation as well as Brand Communications work.
