Who we are
Between them the founding Directors, Francis Aglen and Dom Hawkings have
over 25 years experience in delivering strategic information to support
a wide range of management functions. Having held senior positions in
large and well respected marketing research firms as well as having
worked in industry they understand the value of information and the
importance of a practical approach.
They share a fierce conviction that genuine insight stimulates creative
and successful management decisions, and that such insight is borne of
experience, fresh thinking and pragmatism. It is ironic that the very
structure and business model of most companies that provide information
and advice is incompatible with the level of senior involvement
necessary to deliver the insight that clients need.
The Insight Business
was formed to address this problem.
How do we ensure that you benefit from the application of experience to
every step of every project? Simple, we have no junior staff working on
projects.
We run a ‘virtual’ business model, which allows us to keep overheads to
a minimum while having a team of high calibre consultants that we use on
a project by project basis, according to their specialisation. Our
experienced consultants are drawn from a wide range of backgrounds including Corporate Management,
Academia, Strategy Consulting and Marketing.
